The following is Mind Body Bridge's "fine print" without being fine print. My goal is to make these as clear, concise, and easy to understand as I am able.

The members of Mind Body Bridge, LLC (MBB) do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions or any of the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) mental health diagnoses. John provides services as a coach.

All services and information provided through MBB are for the purpose of reducing and managing one's personal stress levels. No other claims are made or to be construed as being implied. If you have any questions about this, please call or email us.

Guarantee

​

We at MBB provide a thirty (30) day money back guarantee on our coaching services. We reserve the right to refund unused sessions beyond 30 days on an individual basis solely at the Coach's discretion without obligation to do so. Any scheduled but unused services which have not been rescheduled by mutual consent of Coach and Client will be treated as abandoned property, which will remain with MBB. Privacy Policy

At MBB, we are aware that many of our clients voluntarily choose to divulge individually identifiable health information with us. Though not required of coaches, all personal info will be kept confidential to the standard of the 1996 HIPAA Privacy Rule * unless release of such personal info is requested in writing by the client. All personal info will be kept private.

If you feel we have shared any personal medical and/or mental health information inappropriately and have not gotten satisfactory resolution by contacting us, you are advised to contact the U. S. By accepting services from MBB, you acknowledge that you are of legal age (18 years in U. S.) to enter into a contract and be bound by its terms. You accept full responsibility for any outcomes which may occur as a result of using the services of MBB, or of following any suggestions or advice found on its webpages and blog, advertisements, social media accounts, or offered by its members.You understand that MBB does not offer any medical or mental health services. You further agree to hold harmless and indemnify Mind Body Bridge, LLC, its employees, officers, and affiliates from all litigation, judgement, or arbitration.
